I've got lots of updates but no time now. Will let you all know tomorrow... and tomorrow came and went a month ago, I know..

I've recently started a digital journal at work to detail all the mayhem that I see. It's not horribly long, but it will explain why I've been out of energy to do anything. I shall still try to work on my art and all, but I can't gurantee when the next thing will be posted. I'll try to get up some Kitirr writin (I'm working on the sequal to the Dark Sage).

July 8, 2009 0029 hours. I must say that to this point, I have never had coffee without creamer of some sort in it… oh, man and I miss it so much! I am forced to have to drink coffee without cream due to my being poor and my company being too stingy to let us into the break room on third shift to get cream or sugar, or to use the vending machine. I am so upset that I can’t even begin to express my anger at the situation. NO CREAMER!!! This is an atrocity. The world shall end. Goodbye. Just kidding, but that is only the start of my rant today. There’s more, so much more.

Our company is also applying some new procedures. We’re supposed to be starting a new “Fonen” system where we call in or out of duty on the phone with our employee number and such like that. That’s fine, but I found out yesterday that we were supposed to start it early (today). Okay, I’m fine with that too. I came in tonight and what do I find? The system doesn’t recognize our site’s phone number. It’s not even set up yet! That’s crazy! If you’re going to have your employees test the system, you’d think to have running, right? Wrong, welcome to Flori-duh.

Another complaint that I have is that we’re going to start doing away with paper checks and check stubs. That’s all well and good, I have direct deposit anyway. But they said that the check stubs were available online and they don’t even tell you how to access them online, they just give you the office number to call on your own free time to find out more info. Boloney! I Loooooovvveee Flori-duh….

Anyway, I am working on several projects at once, like always including the sequal to the Dark Sage, a costume (or two), and several music projects now that I have recording software. Now I just need to work on the interface between my keyboard and the computer. I hope I can get it so that I can hear what I’m playing and not have to resort to a microphone. That would sound cheap. I don’t really want to hear every time my keys click to pop back up. Keyboards are noisy to listen to if you can’t hear the music that’s being produced and I’d rather not guess what mistakes I was making. The whole business is tricky.

The only bright light in my life is Jason, the neighbors, and Crue Fest… I love Jason (I have to say, a friend of ours at the pool said we’re practically married even though we haven’t taken any vows, you know common law marriage) and we’re both fed up with this state, but more than Florida, the region of Tampa bay. Tampa bay just plain old sucks (except for my friends). The neighbors are cool too. The woman next door likes anime and we get along great, the guy likes loud rock music and their kid is an Inuyasha freak. It’s great! Then there’s Crue Fest… Motley Crue, Godsmack, Drowning Pool, Theory of a Dead Man, and Charm City Devils… What a show! I truly cannot wait to see it live in the lawn!

July 9, 2009 2208 hours
So, we have more micromanaging going on here. We just stated that new punch in system and it’s the most illegal piece of S that I’ve ever seen. We have to punch in at six minutes til the start of our shift and if we’re early or late, we get docked a half hour of pay… boy, Morgan and Morgan would have a field day with that boloney. If some one ran into bad traffic due to an accident or construction with no alternate route available, then they would lose pay. If I got into an accident and spent the time with the cops and finally got to work right at 10 pm, I would lose a half hour of my 8 hours of work. Tell me that’s not wrong in the least. But don’t tell me that this is Flori-duh, I know that already. Oh, boy oh boy oh boy, heads are going to roll and they’re going to have a class action lawsuit filed by their employees if they don’t fix that. Rita, the gal I relieve, said that our supervisor is going to get the info with that straightened out with the office tomorrow. I can’t wait. The suspense is killing me…
